The Toolbox (QR generator, invoice generator, GST and EMI calculators, resume builder, and the rest) is provided free of charge, without sign-up, and processes your inputs locally in your browser. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.

Outputs are indicative aids, not professional advice. Invoice and GST outputs are not a substitute for advice from a chartered accountant; EMI figures are not financial advice; resume outputs do not guarantee employment outcomes. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Effort and timeline figures produced by the Planning Lab come from a published rubric and are indicative only. They are not an offer, quotation, or binding commitment. Budgets are prepared individually when we scope an engagement together, and only a signed agreement creates obligations for either party.

You may not use the site or tools to break the law, to generate content that infringes others' rights (for example, QR codes pointing to fraudulent payment collection), to probe or disrupt the site's security, or to scrape it at abusive volume. We may withdraw access to anyone abusing the service.

The site, its design, code, and content belong to Klyrax Labs LLP or its licensors. Everything you create with the tools, your invoices, resumes, posters, QR codes, belongs to you; we claim no rights over your outputs and, as described in the Privacy Policy, we never receive them.

Software development engagements are governed by their own written agreements. Nothing on this website, including case descriptions, certifications, and testimonials, forms part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyrax Labs LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the free tools, including loss of data, profit, or business. Our aggregate liability in connection with the free website and tools is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
