Privacy Policy

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:

Contact form: your name, email address, and the project details you write. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and continuing that conversation. Nothing else.

Newsletter and tool unlock:your email address, given when you subscribe or unlock continued tool access. Purpose: sending an occasional email about new tools and updates. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or writing to info@klyraxlabs.com; withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.

Call requests: your email address, given when you unlock our phone number. Purpose: knowing who to expect a call from and following up.

We do not collect data speculatively, we do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not run advertising or profiling on this site.

Everything you enter into our free tools, invoice details, resume content, images you compress, QR payloads, JSON, passwords, is processed entirely inside your browser. That data is never transmitted to, stored by, or visible to Klyrax. A small usage counter and, if you provide it, your email are kept in your browser's localStorage on your own device; clearing your browser data removes them.

Contact-form and newsletter submissions are delivered to our inbox by email. Our website is hosted on infrastructure that may store or route data on servers outside India (our hosting and email providers act as Data Processors). Such cross-border transfer happens only to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act. We share personal data with no other third parties.

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows. Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. On an erasure request, we delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where a law requires retention (for example, tax records of invoiced engagements).

As a Data Principal you can, at any time and free of charge:

Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; erase your data; withdraw consent for the newsletter; and nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any right, email info@klyraxlabs.com with the subject “Data request”. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, we run no behavioural tracking, and we serve no targeted advertising. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, write to us and we will delete it.

Klyrax Labs is an ISO 27001:2022 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organisation. Personal data is protected under the same audited information-security controls and defined organisational processes that govern our client work, including access restriction, encrypted transport, and incident response procedures.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by the DPDP Act, including the nature of the data affected, likely consequences, and remediation steps taken.
